Yes! We are currently welcoming new patients. Please call us at (609) 535-8400 to schedule your first appointment.
You can schedule an appointment by calling us at (609) 535-8400 during business hours, or by visiting our online booking page. We recommend calling for urgent or same-day appointments. First-time clients should plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork.
Urgent care appointments may be available during regular office hours. Our staff reserves the ability to redirect urgent or emergency appointments to ER/Urgent care facilities if our facility is unable to provide assistance at that time. Please call us at (609) 535-8400 for guidance.
We require payment at time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, and most major pet insurance plans. No-interest payment plans are available through CareCredit. Surgical and dental procedures require full payment at the time of pick-up.
Please notify us at least 3 business days before you require a medication refill. You can also order medications through our online pharmacy and have them shipped directly to your home.
For new patients, please bring any previous medical records and vaccination history, a list of current medications or supplements, and a fresh stool sample if a wellness exam is scheduled. All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier when brought into the hospital.
We recommend annual wellness exams for most adult pets and bi-annual exams for senior pets (typically dogs and cats over 7 years old). Puppies and kittens require a series of visits in their first year for vaccinations and developmental monitoring.
Yes, we work with most major pet insurance providers including Petplan, Healthy Paws, Veterinary Pet Insurance (VPI), Trupanion, Embrace, Nationwide, Fetch, Lemonade, Pumpkin, and many more. Yes! You can order medications and food through our online pharmacy and have them shipped directly to your home.
