Dr. Sue Jarman is a 2011 Graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School. She is a native of Bucks County Pennsylvania where she grew up on a farm surrounded by cats, dogs, horses and corn fields. Dr. Jarman completed her undergraduate studies at Rochester Institute of Technology in upstate New York after which she worked in biomedical research at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia before attending veterinary school. Dr. Jarman is now a long term resident of New Jersey where she shares her home with 9 cats and dog, Ollie. In her free time she enjoys kayaking, spending time with her family, and trying her best to figure out the New Jersey jug-handle system.
Dr. Jacob D. Leff is a South Jersey native. While attending high school, he worked at Tabernacle Animal Hospital as a technician. He continued to work part time while attending Rutgers University, where he attained a bachelor's degree in Pre-Veterinary medicine. Dr. Leff then ventured overseas to the island of St. Kitts to study veterinary medicine at Ross University. During his time at Ross University, Dr. Leff completed a year of clinical training at Auburn University in Alabama. Soon after, he received his DVM from Ross University in 2013. He now resides in Lumberton with his wife, twin daughters and son, two dogs and a cat. Dr. Leff has a primary interest in small animal medicine, ultrasound imagining, pain management and dermatology. Jacob is dedicated to keeping small companion animals happy and healthy, stating that he brings his expertise with a dash of Jersey charm to each patient he sees!
Dr. Meghan Hardiman is a Ross University graduate of 2022. She is originally from Philadelphia but moved to Mt. Laurel as a kid. Before attending veterinary school, she began working as a veterinary technician in 2017 to follow her lifelong love for animals and animal care. Dr. Hardiman attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick for her undergraduate degree. She then moved to St. Kitts where she attended Ross University for veterinary school and later completed her clinical year at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She is very excited to be back in the Mt. Laurel area, spending time with her family and mini schnauzer, Cookie (a.k.a. Cookatron) and meeting all the cute cats and dogs in the area! She finds the chance to improve lives every day incredibly rewarding and is happy to be a part of the Tabernacle Animal Hospital team. When her and her family get the chance they enjoy exploring new breweries and restaurants in the area!
Dr. Karen Froberg-Fejko is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine where she was 3rd in her class when she graduated in 1996. She had moved to New Jersey from Rhode Island in 1985 to take a position at Bristol Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical where she worked as a facility manager in the Veterinary Resources Department for 7 years. Dr. Froberg worked full time as a small animal clinician in South Jersey for 6 years and now works part time at Tabernacle Animal Hospital. She balances a full-time career as President of a research support company in Frenchtown, New Jersey, and also thoroughly enjoys working with pet owners in keeping their four-legged family members happy & healthy. Dr. Froberg lives in Shamong with her husband, Michael & son, Colton along with 2 dogs, 2 cats, 6 horses, and numerous chickens. Her hobbies include spending time with her treasured family and friends, and breeding/showing Golden Retrievers.
