We require payment at time of service. Surgical and dental procedures require full payment at the time of pick-up. We accept the following forms of payment:
We're pleased to offer our clients No Interest Payment Plans through CareCredit. This enables you to get your pet the care they need right away while paying over time. Ask our front desk team for details.
All patients must be on a leash or in a carrier when they are brought into the hospital. This is to ensure the safety of all pets, both yours and others. We understand that some pets may be anxious or scared at the vet and this helps us keep all pets more comfortable. We ask that cell phone calls be taken outside.
First-time clients should plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. We offer both traditional and drop-off appointments for established clients. Please note that clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule.
We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let our team at Tabernacle Animal Hospital know as soon as possible so that we may offer that appointment to another patient in need.
Urgent care appointments may be available during regular office hours. Our staff reserves the ability to redirect urgent or emergency appointments to ER/Urgent care facilities if our facility is unable to provide assistance at that time. Please call our main number at (609) 535-8400 for assistance.
